"The room was dirty, food particles on the floor, dirt ground into old carpeting, food crumbs in the refrigerator, failure to clean the room adequately, huge roaches in the room several times, worn out furniture that had been broken and not repaired, and many other unacceptable circumstances! I have already removed this hotel from our billeting accommodations for our future unit members visiting Huntsville."
